"What do you believe fair value is of this company"
That's a difficult one, @bobyyy1, I think it is difficult to model out the potential upside scenarios here with accuracy. But, as a starting point for you to ponder, here's what I believe the bear case valuation to be: assuming a) zero OEM expansion, b) no partnership revenue and c) the loss of the GM contract in 2026 (all of which I consider far-fetched, particularly the last assumption, although of course nothing is ever guaranteed).
