- Big focus on getting ahead of development and the slower production due to the extra development, ie extra ore found at Scotia.
- Disproportionate share of current drilling has been on grade control vs exploration. This is starting to change.
- Princes Royal Contractor selected, a couple of weeks to sign off, kick off at end of March.
- Princes Royal expected to turn focus underground once the OC is completed. Indeed PR was selected partially due to the UG potential.
- They are starting to leverage the existing Infrastructure, ie Bullen decline, Scotia existing portal
- Seemed bullish re Mainfield and commented that the could be " 2, 3 or eventually 4 declines operational for Mainfield"
- I got the impression that the exploration expectations are on track with results just taking longer, eg comment on p16 of the Preso re Mainfield and OK
- Expect to be at 100koz pa run rate from JQ25 onwards
- Redpath having some manpower issues which has impacted performance, seems to be a constant issue re Norseman and probably one to keep tabs on
Overall unexpectedly solid presentation by Paul
