Do not give a company your money on the basis that they will have your back. if a sophisticated or strategic investor had purchased shares, would they have purchased at a premium price , when you could have purchased the max spp shares on market at or below spp price. I would have loved the opportunity to purchase more shares on the SPP if they offered a good price and incentive, I think AXE lost some trust on good loyal share holders recently and have some people grinding there teeth and asking questions about managements approach to moving forward.
