I can't confirm that their cashflow is in the $billions but I do know their projected profit for 2022 is only $75 million, which would give them a PE ratio of somewhere around 253 at today's Market Cap. I think it might be currently a little over priced, don't you. There is a definite bubble in the sector you refer to and it will surely pop.
Once Archer tick each box and get the job done the share price will take care of itself.
