There was earlier talk on this thread about very long timelines (10 years) before 12CQ generates revenue for Archer. I have a different recollection and view. From memory, prior to the most recent SSP, I thought Archer was saying 3-5 years to develop the 12CQ prototype chip. However, the SSP was well oversubscribed. That cash, along with sales of some mining interests was going to allow Archer to significantly accelerate development of the chip (no revised timeframe provided). Would be interested if anyone can lay their hands on the announcement(s). So.. if the SSP was about a year ago, while not a concrete timeline, I'm hearing significantly better than 2-4 years from now to develop the prototype - at which point Archer can start producing for sale and/or licence to others to build and sell. Assuming that we'll have the patents locked in well before then given the progress with Japan. For me, that's the jackpot. However, as we pass each critical technical milestone and secure each patent, I think there will be significant SP growth reflecting increased security of IP, increased likelihood of success and increased buyout potential (e.g IBM, Daimler, Samsung). Not phased in the slightest by recent SP fall from trader chart predictions.
