i think they they will know what the testing stages are and how long at a minimum each phase will take. They will have a roadmap to the final product, but its just when things take longer than hoped is when it gets drawn out.
But they will definitly have a minimum timeline to get all remaing tech steps completed. it definitely wont make that timeline, but at an absolute minimum they know. But this is being kept under very tight lip. Which means it could be 5 years, but could also be 6 months. This keeps me holding, as if i knew it was 5 years id have sold long ago at the highs.
