    Just wondering about costs because if you google how much to develop an ASIC chip which is partly what the 12CQ is, it's anywhere from 200 to 300 million USD. ok let's take a tenth, 30 million USD....I don't see how these rebates cover it. By now, they have premises in Switzerland and use facilities all over Australia, the pay to retain staff must be 6 figures each. TSMC isn't giving them foundry access for free and if they actually tape out a chip, it's going to be a contract with TSMC for each .
