These are all interesting articles about quantum computing, and I've said it before and will say it again. Archer won't be the ones considered to be at the forefront of quantum computing. Yet. Others will come along first with ridiculously expensive devices in server rooms that can be used via the cloud or for organisations with a lot of money to spend achieving results for very complex problems. This will get all the attention and glory whilst Archer are still working away for a few more years bringing these babies to market. In this time, society will start to visualise just how useful the quantum processing algorithms are for particular use-cases, and in this time, this is when the markets will wake up to the concept of the 12CQ chip being able to do almost all of that in a portable device.
Just a caffeinated thought, world military spending reached an all-time high in 2022 of $2.24t (source), now just imagine Ukrainians who are already fighting drones, using drones with 12CQ chips that can perform insane amounts of processing, data, spatial/trajectory, fuel consumption and remaining range based on live weather updates, communications, where you can deploy, and have it all function almost fully autonomously, with field-deployed mainframe tracking all these movements. You can have -200 degree cooling out in a war zone, you'll need the 12CQ.
Same thing if you're trying to take a photo of a group of people, you could take a gazillion photos and hope for the best, providing your data save speeds can keep up. Or, you could have a phone camera with the 12CQ, that's processing all of the pixels to determine that precise instant that everyone has their eyes open, so much faster than any silicon chip can process. Then just save the photo the instant it can confirm everyone has their eyes open. No more necessary than any other feature of a high-end phone, but could become a defining feature by 2030 when the market of smartphones is expected to be worth $947b (source).
And we haven't even yet got to the market of computers in relation to gaming and graphics cards, engineering computations that can't use parallel processing of graphics cards, 3D modelling of any form, server room database operations, complex cloud computing, and big data database operations. These markets combined will surely be in the multiples of $trillions by 2030, as the 12CQ has become the established, world patented and protected on-board mobile quantum computing chip.
