I would suggest that the CULTURE within this organisation is on the change.
Things begin to happen when you align the total business model eg - the people, the vision, the management, the exploration grounds, the cash in the bank, controlled spending, transparency in communicating the developments and the possibility of collaborations.
May take time, but the structure/platform is now in place on many fronts.
Could be wrong, could be right.
