Absolutely agree with your thoughts. I could never see SYA being a winning bidder in this until decision on BAPE is made. Without Authier it appears NAL would be another “have a go and fail” experience for any other potential buyer.There has never been any indication of any another bidder. Any listed company would have to have disclosed this a long time ago. I believe when this is all finalised it will a double Wammy. BAPE and decision on NAL.
