One thing that markets/investors hate with a passion is uncertainty. While the delay with QW is regrettable, there is a huge positive here with the Multiplex agreement and we now have more certainty with a commencement date and the costs involved.
My guess is that the SP action on Wednesday will surprise some and I believe will strengthen in the weeks and months subsequent.
