Multiplex were originally suing for $400 million so a settlement of between $35 and 85 million seems an ok result.
the rest of the cost is progress payments to complete the job. Remember most of the capital cost of QW has been paid in prior years. Come August star will have very valuable piece of realestate as part of their 1.4billion dollar market cap.
