if all employees at a company get together and form a organised unified front they could also campaign for better work conditions however the private sector is full of snivlers all ready to stab each other in the back to be the one who gets the promotion. There are plenty of successful unions in certain private sectors.
You cant blame others willing to to stand up for themselves and sacrifice pay, for your lack of backbone.
I dont think you would stand for teachers telling your profession how much they deserve to get paid, and professing to know exactly what your job entails. So typical of a snivler
