re: Ann: Queensland Government Department Int... The QLD Government know that they do not stand a chance in court since the first corrupt decision was made to shutdown Cougar which they wish they could turn-back time to prevent.

But because they can't go back in time and the last thing they want is the media reporting Corruption within DERM they decided to pro-long the process as long as they can whilst trying to send Cougar down the tubes by using scare tactics before Cougar had the ability and resources to take it to Court but CLEARLY the QLD Government have failed in doing this and would now be shi77ing themselves knowing that the truth will be revealed in the next process 'Court'.

As for the compensation to Cougar, the QLD Government do not care because the people who will be paying the compensation will be the Queensland Taxpayers not DERM.

They thought they could get away with it but reality has checked in and as I said earlier they are now shi77ing themselves over the day that Corruption within DERM is revealed to the public.
