I agree - definitely there is a message here that we are moving to an out-of-court settlement.

I think even a worst case settlement where Cougar drops pressing for monetary compensation but at least gets their name cleared should still be a massive win for the company and should see a decent price spike!

And imagine the better cases where we actually 'settle' for our name cleared, a re-start of the project or getting $5M or $10M in cash (doubling our market cap overnight).

I see no reason for Rob to have announced this unless it is good news too...
