    It was interesting to note the last sentence in the ann.

    "Cougar Energy Limited (ASX:CXY) advises that the Queensland Supreme Court proceedings (the damages claim) will return to the Supreme Court this coming Friday (22 February 2013) for further procedural orders. This hearing is not a full trial of the case.
