Geez I think folks are looking for a silver linning here, I think the matter going back for proceedural matters is the gov saying get stuffed and let's see you raise cash to fight this for the next 3 years.

Not saying they want it to go to court but why would you settle with cougar when the company has no cash flow and really can't afford the battle let alone loose.

Again personnaly if we get a settlement I am thinking it will be well less than half the asking amount...
