Yes, going by the tenement designations shown in both companies' announcements you can see that QNL will acquire all 21 tenements from the Schwarzleo and Seekar municipalities for which CLY said they had second priority. I believe these 21 include the sites of the historic mines.

You would think CLY now have an obligation to advise the market that the second priority they pointed to has become moot due to those tenements finding "sticky" new owners. Perhaps there is more going on, who knows. BTW, the other 7 tenements that CLY wanted (total of 28) are further west and not on the QNL list.
