ASX being painful of course and that'd be the reason for the $4.5m raise (new listing rules require you to raise a min of $4m when you recomply).

So the ASX have probably skewered any massive pop on open, as the proforma mc is going to be $13.5m @ 3c ($9m ev) as opposed to $2m. That said, it looks like a quality acquisition, with some decent board additions, so 4-5c wouldn't surprise at all. The raise is likely to be heavily competed for, so many will need to buy OM if they want in.
