Initial effects of this raise almost certainly imho ensures little to no upward price action short term so I think if price holds 8c that would be positive, although the purpose of the raise for loan book growth sounds positive medium term, moving forward the long term prospects are still uncertain lets see where this goes from here. Overall, it's better that something is happening and we have eyes on us from all this commotion.
