    Not exactly a good look having director off load sizeable chunk so soon after CR, especially at 12.5% discount.
    I couldn't give a rats rectum about "personal financial  reasons"  there would be a host other ways to find that sort of cash for a man of his means.  Using that as reason for selling is in just blaitant contempt towards  retail shareholders.

    BC will never get my vote again!
