My guess is if this Chinese deal goes through, QFX will become less of a streaming business and more of a content business and they will be hoping that when Netflix makes a move for China they will need Chinese content and buy them out.
I wouldn't be surprised if QFX mission statement is "Get bought out by Netflix, no matter what".
