If Nine is faced with getting Zero in one weeks time, they will become flexible on the preference shares. IMO. I think everyone probably agrees they are not going to be seeing $10.5m ! lol.
liquidation will see the staff vanish, the platform degrade and while Nine may get a million in a fire sale they wont get a stake in a 'chinese content provider' that they might otherwise like to try out.
