Guess I am a down ramper guys but please take the rose colour glasses off. It is one thing to build a business and be 1st mover, its another thing to be financially irresponsible. Surely they must have known they were burning so much money? yet they did nothing about it! If they didn't know they were burning the money so quickly then they are even worse managers than I thought. Shame on them - they were playing with your money - all care and not much responsibility.
They obviously have the beggar bowl out and struggling with obtaining a white knight. Interesting they have bought a lawyer on board - is this to keep them out of jail or to help broker a new deal? Probably a bit of both.
