Other prospects also - some IMO, highly prospective.

MC currently, $4.6 million. CRAZY, IMHO!

some of you have been talking about the in-ground-value, how cheap the s/p is now in the past few years then what has happened?
but if someone like p&d, it is probably good time to get in for the next Cr-pump, imo.
