Cocokat I can empathise with your sentiment but only in so far as previous management is concerned. Since Mark has been at the helm the company has made solid progress and has "some" runs on the ground whereas previously, as intimated in your post, it was mostly hot air and empty promises.
It makes rational sense for QHL to raise capital at this time with potential new contracts in the wings, possibly/probably dependent upon sufficient working capital to bring them to fruition.
I too have been a long term holder and can remember the hype with Folboats after the ABC win. Maybe there really is a miracle around the corner.
