The company has delivered exactly what they have set out to, 95% of the time. They are transparent about what their goals are, and they measure their performance against this - do you read the investor presentations?

if you do read them, and are still invested, then your issue is with the SP, not the directors.

No doubt it is a big year for the company, and contract wins are what matters most, but they have clearly being setting the foundations for company growth through increasing their production capabilities, investing in R&D, key hires to the board and by pushing themselves across various industries. It's not a stock for the impatient, but as i pointed out in the previous posts, there's lots of reasons to be patient - if you have the gumption.
