A higher price is unlikely but not impossible, no one has really dumped many shares yet despite only a few % under offer price and a vague timeline regarding takeover. Plus they will still need to get votes. I’m hoping for some of the news I’ve previously speculated on with a finalised modest increased offer price in the new year. Having said that I’ll take 57.5c after what’s doing to be a half yearly book value hit

I can sell now and take the 0.56 and pay the sell commission or wait and see if they get the votes and the sale happens in a few weeks and I get 57.5c and don't have to pay any sell commission. ?

am I correct on this AMC ? thks
