Its deemed undervalued. However, it's not translating into any demand for the stock.
I admire you for your accumulative thinking at these levels, and trust you will get good growth.
Talking about what's not being said perhaps the CEO & the board need to get into that good old-fashioned process and COMMUNICATE it to the investment world something, anything!

Stop living under a rock and ignoring the shareholder's value.
They are not listening to any shareholder's angst. Releasing a half year which was improved is not getting any cut through. Unless it's bubbling away at the moment, Who would know?
