IMO, Mark & Co. would disclose if it's anything material, or any fluff, as they have nothing to show in their day-day business. The numerous-ZERO OUTCOMES-MOUs is a significant example of them trying to spruik the market.
If it's that significant, wouldn't they have released it? Also, they can't not release such crucial information. Take it probably as a factored in growth or ramp up of orders from current contracts. I.e, INFLATION or per-negotited supply of parts. Rarely it would not be unaccounted for 'regular scheduled' servicing/spares.
