shares can be issued in a variety of ways, I.e capital raise, debt-equity funding, private placement.
it does not necessarily mean that existing shareholders will be diluted or lose out.
The discount or premium that the exercise price of shares to be issued is how those institutions value Quickstep.
Those institutions u mentioned? They have been on the registry for over a decade now.
Name me an institutional investor that has been accumulating QHL in the past 10years. ZERO.
