All we can wait for now is for that very thing announcements on contracts and something, anything on how the heck they will fund USA.
Can't see what else will see this SP rise.
Some might roll out the old buying opportunity theory, however, it's hard to get excited over that notion.
In the meantime the crickets are very loud from QHL
