Andy, a few comments/questions.

~ Douglas is an investment director of the company that invests on behalf of Acorn, the listed company. Not such an unusual structure set/up is it?

~ "Going concern a last ditch effort to shoo off current investors" - It doesn't work like this. Audit firms are completely independent and would never risk being talked into giving a particular opinion

~ ECL facility is for F-35 increases in production, but what i don't understand is the need to use it over the secured loan facility at less competitive finance rates? But it does open up a reason to raise next year - and that is to reduce/remove the facility and save in significant interest costs improving NPAT.
