    TERRIFIC NEWS.......not so sure !! I have 2 other small caps who have gained funding with La Jolla. Both have seen their SP deplete almost immediately after the announcement......La Jolla appear to be somewhat a 'bank of last resort' and devise contracts that benefit them greatly. I participated in the last Cap Raising @0.56c ...fully expecting the SP to settle lower.
