The other critical factor that prompted me to get back in was QHL crossing the 50 day moving average. It was crossed late august and the company has managed to hold that position. Some weakness has emerged and there is a risk, that it may fall below that again, but Im prepared to take that risk knowing QHL's current and future earnings potential/forward work program. If it can just hold off things a little longer, QHL will comfortable head north from here. Im not prepared to say when, but I sense its price sub 10cents will soon be a thing of the past.
