Couldn't answer that one, but I know one thing when I see a stock being accumulated, been going on all morning.
Below is accumulation, buying into the stock on small parcels. It's a set algorithm.
If someone trades a bigger order to take 25.c it will reset at the next higher price and so on and so on.
Look it's not sheep stations, but someone has set an algorithm to soak up the stock slowly without causing a big jump.
Another one went through as I type at 11.33 for 753 shares f
