Burgess is a joke alright !!! he should have never let the stock drop to this level.
He's not a CEO's ars_hole as far as i'm concerned, any professional CEO in his position would have acted sooner and done something instead Burgess sits and waits for something to happen.
The QHL board is no better ..... they need their ars_ kicked out the door.
