Directors have changed salaries for shares and received most of their remuneration in shares at 1.1c (thus share price to stay around this price until that is approved on General meeeting)

The biggest lychees were Jason CEO and Michael CFO and they are both gone. Saving the company over $1million in salaries.

New NED Chris only makes real money if share price goes above $0.025 and $0.035

" Chris’ remuneration comprises NED fees of $36,000 pa and an offer of 23,750,000 Performance Rights in two equal tranches under the terms of the Company’s 2023Employee Incentive Securities Plan.
Tranche A 11,875,000 Performance Rights vest and are convertible to fully paid sharesupon the Company achieving a 20 day VWAP of not less than $0.025 with a term expiringon 30 April 2026.
Tranche B 11,875,000 Performance Rights vest and are convertible tofully paid shares upon the Company achieving a 20 day VWAP of not less than $0.035 witha term expiring on 30 April 2027."

In conclusion, even if shareprice goes to $0.035 this is still a low price for a company with such advanced gold projects and a initial high grade shovel ready deposit with 800koz. in a 2.6moz camp

Plus all the PNG tenement which is about the larger in the country after all the consolidation they did.

One must be crazy to think companies who receive LCL shares for their PNG tenement at over 3c, would have done it if they didn't see value in it?

Obviously since then, nickel prices crashed...all nickel explorers from BSX to LEG trading new 52w low.

But Nickel prices have improved and Gold prices at all time highs.

Once liquidity improves... we could see a quick move back to our 52w high around 4c. Let's see
