LCL had $2.6M on hand at 31/3/234. After 3 months of exploration in PNG and visits to Colombia with related activity, I suspect they need a top-up.
Today's big drop in SP suggests to me that some people know about a CR coming.
Better to wait for an announcement than to buy today/tomorrow, I think.
