What? One of the main players helping to run the shop should not take any responsibility? The guy that helped scuttle the ship, then was the first to abandon ship before the passengers, only to try to become a scavenger of the company's carcass? The guy that, IMHO, withheld price sensitive information from shareholders on multiple occasions? He should not be held accountable? Really?
