Management have just confirmed the actual quit date which was previously not written into the SOA(Scheme of arrangement)

Quit Date

1.7 The Scheme will lapse and be of no further force or
effect:

1.7.1 if the Effective Date has not occurred on or
before the Quit Date; or

1.7.2 the Scheme Implementation Agreement is
terminated on or before the date upon which
MMK provides, or procures the provision
of, the Scheme Consideration to Scheme
Participants.

Effective Date

1.6 This Scheme takes effect on the Effective Date.

Scheme needs to be implemented by 30 June 2012.

What is the effective date of the SIA, i would of thought that the effective date would have been at the conclusion of the second court date.
