It is not price sensitive and doesn't effect anything really. Price has to hit 35c by the expiry date in 2027 to convert the options if you have them.
If you are a newbie here you are in a company with a rather impressive resource (that in my opinion is undervalued) but is in a very much unloved commodity, at the moment. A contrarian investment. And most of us including myself are severely underwater....
