It's fine to be surprised at his remarks. It's fine to say it's never been done before by a business such as this. But to say the person who knows exactly what is happening "doesn't understand credit" is just.... Stupid. Reckless.

This business is unprecedented. The software is unprecedented.

Perhaps it is you that doesn't understand.

I have no idea what's at play with the single digit lending. I'm as surprised (and intrigued) as anyone by that comment. But what it suggests to me is that we aren't talking small numbers.
