Firstly, you have very likely defamed 2 people in your original post.
Secondly, if slasha took the time to visit the Supreme Court listings and orders page then of course he would have known the day before trading resumed as did another poster (and anyone who reads HC) who posted the news on the Wednesday.
Your argument doesn't hold water at all I'm afraid.
