This shows a lack of undersatdning. Bascially cutting off your nose to spite your face.
1. If the ~71M options didn't expire worthless, the header shares would be worth more than 34c
2. The company missed out on $24 Million dollars (ironically the shitty Dec 23 cap raise amount)
3. The Dec 23 cap raise diluted further and more, at a much lower price, and included ~78M cheaper options at 22.5c)
