I've been looking at this and I'm still missing something here. Wouldn't the shutdown of the plant mean a reduction in supply and a resultant price increase?? I've read and reread the 'from a market perspective...' paragraph and still can't wrap the head around it.
Any assistance for this old goose would be greatly appreciated!
