This is close to an absolute no-brainer at these levels. Whomever is buying at $0.015 will make a killing IMO.
$1.6m+ cash (I thought they might get $200k-$300k for R&D so good job
Market cap $2.246m
EV excluding liabilities $600k+
Burn of $30k-$40k per month (cash balance at current burn will last for approx 4 years)
150m shares on issue (quite low for a shell)
This will explode on a deal esp if it is cash flow positive as not many shares on issue and very low market cap. Would think it is worth at least $10m on a deal which is about 4x from here.
Options are also, pardon the pun, a good option as relatively long expiry to July 2020 (2+ years). Should have a deal stitched up by then. I'm hoping by end of this year.
