Strange as Paul mentioned a different strategy in his recent interview on Ausb*z. It was going to be a small entitlement in the short term followed by a raise later. Guess they left it too late in the year for the entitlement?
But money is almost guarantied (R&D Tax Credit) so why are they paying 16% interest on that?
