There was always a risk (although probably a small one) that the DD would poor cold water over the project and potentially shut it down all together if the parties could not reach consensus on the recommendations.
Who knows what the final terms will be but the following statements gives a great indication that this things is on track:

"the Company has worked diligently with its partners, NLC and NMDC and is pleased to advise that in-principle agreement has been reached on the recommendations stemming from the independent financial review required to finalise the Master Project Agreement".
