If management want to save some face they should go to sh's first with the option to purchase over and above any allocation (1 for 3 or whatever they choose) and any shortfall can then be picked up by soph's... that to me would be a clear signal that they actually are hearing and listening to the sh's they so clearly shafted to hell and gone over the past 18 months if not longer... and i would not want them getting their hands on any more than they already have .. they all came out of the consolidation way better off than we did..

That is the only way i would buy more ... if we get a 1 for 3 offer only that's the final kick in my knackers by this mob !
